Alaska Aerospace Corp. Internship/ AGS Technical Conference,

Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) is seeking college students enrolled in a 4-year bachelors of degree program to participate in a 10 week summer internship in Anchorage and Kodiak, Alaska.  There are currently two internships offered based on funding and availability.  The internships will run from May to August, with the exact dates to be determined.  Resumes will be accepted until February 28, 2014.

The 2014 AGS Technical Conference is being held at the UAA ConocoPhillips Integrated Science Center May 15, with a field trip on the following day (see attached). Early registration ends May 1. To register please go to the AGS conference website:

Keynote speaker: Dave LePain from the AK DGGS Energy Group.

We will have talks and posters from various scientists working in Cook Inlet and around Alaska. Most of the speaker slots are full, but we will have plenty of space to present posters. If you are interested in presenting a talk or poster, please contact Chad Hults (chadcph@gmail.com. 907-332-0740) or submit an abstract online.  Student travel grants are available!!!
