Environmental Economics course

This new Econ course may be of interest to some of the Science students as well as Soc Sci students.  The course will be taught by our new tenure-track Econ asst professor, Brian Vander Naald. 
Natural Resource/Environmental Economics

ECON 435 – MW 8-9:30a

Economic analysis of resource uses and development. Topics include economics of renewable resources, forestry, and fisheries; environmental economics, and public resource management. Examples are presented of Alaska resource development and management experience.

Prerequisite: ECON 202
