Opportunities with the Juneau Watershed Partnership

1) The Juneau Watershed Partnership is looking for a part time program assistant with a background in environmental science (GIS knowledge is a must) from now through September - possibly turning into a project coordinater position. If interested, send a resume to jwp@alaska.net, attention Nina Sonadora.

2) The JWP is working on a study with the City and Borough of Juneau and is looking for volunteers at the university to collect data once a week. We hope to cover every day and find students who are willing to take over one day a week to make notes on the usage of Auke Lake (how many boats, kayaks, etc.). If interested, contact Nina Sonadora at jwp@alaska.net.
